This community is absolutely great everything is efficient, staff is great. I have no complaints. Kimie a representative in sales office she is amazing, professional and on the ball of anything you need. I love my experience here so far. And I am a picky person. Because I am in real estate field as well. So I know how it takes for a great service and they do provide a great service.
Amazing community team, amenities, and apartment homes! Chloe, Tierney, and Kimie as well as the maintenance team are top notch. Great community events and our pup loves the Bark Bar set up in the clubhouse.
Complex is nice, so are the staff, but the internet this place has is unbearable. You can’t run more than a few devices properly so work from home is an issue if you need a higher speed. You also can’t upgrade because of how the internet is wired here (according to Xfinity who is the provider you’re required to use as a resident). If good internet is a priority, this complex is not the one.
Atlantic at Grand Oaks is by far the best place I have ever lived. My wife and I moved in October of 2018 and have never thought about leaving. Chloe is the Community Manager who is tremendous! The Office Staff is always available when you need them. The Maintenance Team is the best we have ever experienced. The Events that are done for the Residents are Awesome! They have 2 Resident Events per month that are free to attend. I would highly recommend this Community to anyone and everyone! Please come check it out! You will not regret it!
I have lived here a little over a year and my experience has been nothing but great! The office staff is phenomenal, very friendly and professional. They host community events each month in the clubhouse and have food trucks come by. My neighbors have been great, never had an issue with parking, and the amenities are always well kept. I don't want to forget the maintenance and grounds care people either - they are quick to resolve any issues you have, even AC emergencies on a summers weekend! My dogs love Missy! When she isn't taking care of the grounds you can catch her petting a corgi :)
Can’t say enough great things about the AGO staff and community. Everyone in the office and the maintenance team are super helpful and the community is clean and my neighbors are great. The apartment life team does a great job getting people together too. I’ve lived in several apartments in Charleston and this one is 10/10.
